Basic Requirements
Applicants must be aged between 18 to 30 years. Applicants must include a detailed curriculum vitae and any other information documents that their feel may be important on their applications. All relevant documents must be certified and must not be older than 3 months. Applicants who are eager to be part of this program must be a permanent South African citizen.
Applicants must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for this program
- GRADE 12 Certificate
- Accounting or Mathematics
- English, read, write and speak
- Ability to communicate with clients
- Computer literate
- Be self-motivated and a team player
- Flexibility with a commitment to learn, but also have a willingness to work
Applicants who have previously worked at the bank their experience will be taken into considerations.
Applicants who apply will also be checked for the following:
- Any and all credit records
- Criminal record
- Any registered employees dismissal processes
- References with previous employers
- Any falsification of documentation
Application Process
Applicants can Apply for this program on different websites, Online Applications are made available during the year so it is advisable that you check for this program regularly. There is an online assessment that applicants must compete and agree to an interview.(the online assessment only takes approximately 30 minutes)
Candidates must provide their name, contact details and also the name of the company they have previously worked for. Additionally , applicants must also provide a detailed curriculum vitae and any other documents they feel may be vital on their applications.
After the application process applicants must complete the online assessment. Applicants who meet essential requirement will receive an email which has the links of the online assessment that they need to complete. The online assessment is a way of measuring individuals abilities and skills therefore is very important.
Applicants who are going to be selected they will an interview through their phone followed by the physical interview and then the selection process is complete. After your physical interview, you will be contacted within 5 business days to be notified of the results.
Closing Dates
The closing dates change every time, depending on the position, as well as the branch.
Some of these close in February, others in March or April, most open within the last four month of the year and close during the first four of the following year.
