FNB Learnership Program:Basic Requirements
Interested individuals who are keen to part of this initiative must ensure that they meet all requirements set out by the company before they apply. The following stipulations are only the basic requirements, however depending on the field applying for there may be additional requirements to be met.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to apply:
- Candidates must be a permanent South African citizens.
- All candidates must be in possession of a valid Matric Certificate
- Candidates must be in possession of a Valid ID document
- Applicants must hold a degree or certifications within field applying for (where applicable)
- Candidates must have a clear criminal record
- Candidates must have exceptional communication skills
- You must be able to communicate with clients
- Candidates must be able to deliver professional services
- All Candidates must be competent and thorough
- Candidates must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- All Candidates must be able to work as part of a team and individually
- Candidates must be able to do planning and administrative duties as required
